"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Claims for star farm is horrible and if you thin k Nolicol’s office will help, good luck. My response is: “we don’t deal with claims”. I left liberty mutual as a referral from a friend to State Farm. My neighbor has LM. Her claim on our wall has been totally paid in full 10k. STATE FARM GANE ME 1500! You think Nicole has even called me No! Commission good service bad . Given sales people a bad name. Grab it and run!"

Don’t like how State Farm drive safe app wants your location setting on 24/7 even if not driving. Seems intrusive but this is not reflective on the Nicole Ferris team."

"I've only been with them a month but they have called me twice to make sure everything is going OK and that is two more times than my last insurance company called me in the 3 years I was with them. And the insurance coverage is 10 times better and it cost me the same as I was paying for just liability with the other company."
