"I recently purchased a new vehicle and found that I could get my auto insurance much more cheaply someplace else. I cancelled my policy almost two months ago. I have continued to get erroneous dates of cancellation in mail, and still no refund for the almost full month of auto insurance I had paid ahead. I have spoken with this office on the phone at least three separate times, and have also been emailing, without resolution. I'm so glad I never needed to file a claim... I cannot imagine how stressful these type of shenanigans would be if I was trying to get my car repaired!"

"Great experience with this office! Anita is very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding making changes to my policy. "I was contacted by an agent in Nicole’s State Farm Insurance agency several months before a policy expiration. They were very polite and only contacted me shortly before my policy expired, which I appreciated. I let them bid, and viola — their bid won. "If I could give less than 1 star I would. Claims for star farm is horrible and if you thin k Nolicol’s office will help, good luck. My response is: “we don’t deal with claims”. I left liberty mutual as a referral from a friend to State Farm. My neighbor has LM. Her claim on our wall has been totally paid in full 10k. STATE FARM GANE ME 1500! You think Nicole has even called me No! Commission good service bad . Given sales people a bad name. Grab it and run!"
