"Such excellent, quality service and support. Everyone I worked with through this agency was impeccable and knowledgeable and helped me out considerably. Natalie spent the most time and helped me start new auto policy coverage as I prepared to transfer from out of state registration. She was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her in between the administrative nuts and bolts. Letty helped me to switch up my renters insurance information due to a snafu in my housing due to an unethical management company. I even spoke with Nicole once and she was equally helpful and responsive. "We recently received a letter from State Farm about the amount due on auto insurance. My husband and I were concerned since it had been paid. He called State Farm, and the person who answered was Natalie. She was most courteous, pleasant and as it turned out the most efficient person he had spoken with in quite some time. She took care of the matter immediately and determined the payment had been received and their was a cross up in the mail. The letter was was notification of a reduction in insurance. Natalie is super pleasant, fast, and very efficient. The Taylors"

"State Farm head office messed up my stuff again since their new system and had given me extra policy’s and didn’t remove the old ones. I had to move twice in a month and I was upset and called my agent and she took the time to listen and she got everything corrected and fixed for me and she followed back up with me just like she said and she made it right for me. After over 20 years of being with State Farm I was ready to leave but I am staying with State Farm because of the great service I got from Nicole and her team and her fixing everything."
